A bit about the role:

The Novatech Repairs team delivers support to all our customers by providing a great repairs service, when our customers need it, on Novatech PCs, Laptops and also 3rd party branded units. Our team are passionate about what they do which means our customers always receive a first-class service. 

Due to the nature of the work our repairs team do, this role would be based at our head offices, in Portchester, Hampshire.

What we are looking for:

We have an exciting opportunity within our repairs team and would love to hear from people with drive, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for IT technology. 

As the successful candidate, you will have a genuine interest in PCs and keeping up with the latest technologies. You will have brilliant problems solving skills, using your broad technical knowledge and practical experience of computer hardware to undertake diagnosis and repairs. 

You will also be supporting our Direct 2 Desk customers, meaning you will need to be methodical and process driven to log, categorise customer equipment, ensuring that it is processed in the right way.

Your top-notch communication skills (both verbal and written) will ensure you can relay information or instructions accurately and effectively both to our customers and your colleagues across our different departments.

This is a great role for someone who has had experience in a similar role, or someone who already has good all-round tech knowledge and wants to start their tech career.

Our Repairs team is often the place where people start their careers within Novatech. The core team is incredibly friendly and supportive. They work with a number of departments across the business, so you’ll get to speak to lots of people as part of your day-to-day work. They are also passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. Our Repairs Supervisor is someone who thrives on training and developing people to help them reach their full potential.
