The Aldingbourne Trust is seeking passionate and enthusiastic Full Time and Part Time Support Workers to join our friendly team at our Supported Living Project near Felpham, Bognor Regis.   These positions offers both Full Time and Part Time hours ( 37.5 or 20/25 ) all roles include weekdays, weekends, evenings and includes sleep-in, on a part-time basis. 
 
Our tenants live in their own accommodation in our newly decorated and renovated community space,  situated around a beautiful court yard with access to gardens, laundry, craft room and communal kitchen-diner.  The individual tenancies are made up of flats, and cottages, with own living spaces /kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Your role will be to help the popel we support manage their day-to-day lives, live independently and realise their dreams. This role requires flexibility and hours will include Weekdays, Weekends, Evenings, Bank Holidays and Sleep-In. This project offer a newly renovated sleep-in accommodation, with location security cameras.  

Our tenants have varied abilities; most need support and guidance with cooking, cleaning, and with their household chores. You will support people with the day to day tasks, such as managing their money and budgeting, daily / weekly meal planning and shopping. Others need support with personal care and medication; some need behavioral support. 

We support our tenants to access the wider community from going to the theatre or to events in and around the local community. We actively encourage tenants to pursue their dreams, whether that is a trip to the cinema, meal with friends,  visit to a local attraction, Mediterranean Cruise or a parachute jump and welcome anyone with a sense of adventure, and lots of passion!
