About the Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Housekeeper & General Cleaner to join our Housekeeping team at West Dean, playing a pivotal role in the care and upkeep of our historic properties.

The successful candidate will work with our housekeeping team to ensure that the West Dean properties are kept in a clean and orderly condition, to meet and exceed our customer expectations.

Successful candidates will need excellent cleaning skills with great attention to detail, have the ability to work on their own initiative, as well as with a team, and be physically able to do prolonged standing, walking and undertake medium lifting (GOR).

There is some customer interaction, so excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
