A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our exceptional Group Projects team who are responsible for planning and delivering a range of events and projects across Goodwood, including: Goodwoof, Nucleus, the Magnolia Cup, Qatar Goodwood Festival and the Doghouse events. 

As an Operations Manager you'll be responsible for the operational and logistical planning from outset to completion. You'll work collaboratively and proactively will the Group Projects team and other internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service, with a focus on Goodwoof, Magnolia Cup and Doghouse. 

Effective organisation with the ability to continuously prioritise is essential to the success of this role. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a senior event planning role and will have broad knowledge of the event industry, including outdoor events.

An excellent relationship builder, enthusiastic and collaborative in your approach, you will work with key stakeholders to help deliver WOW moments across our portfolio of events,  exceeding customer expectations.
